"Get iReady"
The more I think about this, the angrier I get. I’m supposed to pay an $18 upgrade fee, per phone, just to have the headache of dealing with AT&T and their byzantine rate plans? For $18 they should do the damned spreadsheets for me (showing their work) and tell me which plan we actually need. There is no service being provided that merits an $18 fee per phone.
