This is happy making. I still think Studio 60 got a bad rap. I loved the second half of that season.
You loved the second half? When it turned into a bad ripoff of Moonlighting instead of “Hey, let’s make The West Wing, but about television!” There were occasional glittering moments in the first half, and The Christmas Episode was actually about 90% great, but the show got a bad rap because it wasn’t actually a very good show, and we all expected much better from the people involved.
